Gaylen Whiteman will be having a solo exhibit Jan 8 through the end of February at the UUCWI Gallery of Art on Whidbey Island.
Gaylen’s exhibit, titled Radiant Reproductions, is an archival print show of 21 pieces of her sold originals. Prints include matted and framed archival prints, a museum wrapped canvas print and a fine art print on metal. All mages were printed by Feather and Fox Print Studio on Whidbey Island. Gaylen’s framed prints sell for considerably less than her original art, and because of the high quality of printing, many of her framed reproductions are difficult to distinguish from the original painting.
A reception will be held for the artist on January 8th at 11:00 am at the UUCWI (Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Whidbey Island) Gallery of Art in the UUCWI entrance foyer, 20103 State Route 525, Freeland, WA 98249. If you are unable to attend the reception, the gallery has no regular hours but artwork can be viewed during events and meetings in the building. Phone 360-321-8656. These images below will be among those in the show. |
